Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of Xside (the "Service"), operated by Geedie OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 16817890, VAT EE102775958), registered office Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. The Service
Xside is a marketplace for digital game activation keys, delivered electronically. Keys are sourced from our own stock, authorised suppliers, and verified third-party sellers. Each listing states the platform, region, and edition.
2. Prices & payment
All prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT and payment fees — the price on the product is the price you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Title to a key passes once payment is captured and the key is delivered.
3. Delivery
Keys are delivered electronically to your account, normally instantly. You are responsible for confirming platform, region, and edition compatibility before purchase.
4. Right of withdrawal
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, which is lost once supply begins with your prior express consent. See our Withdrawal Policy.
5. Purchase protection
If a delivered key is invalid, used, or for the wrong region, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund to your original payment method, subject to our dispute process and a 24-hour response window.
6. Acceptable use
You may not resell keys obtained for personal use, use the Service fraudulently, or attempt to circumvent its security. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your EU country of residence.
9. Refund Policy
9.1 Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
Ongoing technical issues that remain unresolved for more than 7 business days;
Unauthorized payments confirmed following an internal investigation;
Verified errors in billing or payment processing;
Transactions determined to be fraudulent.
9.2 Customers residing within the European Union may have the right to cancel digital content purchases within 14 calendar days of the transaction, where applicable under EU consumer protection legislation.
9.3 This right of refund may no longer apply once the customer has started accessing or using the purchased digital content during the applicable cancellation period, where the required consent and acknowledgment have been provided.
9.4 Refund and cancellation requests should be submitted to [email protected].
9.5 Where a refund is approved, the applicable amount will generally be returned within 14 days, although processing may take up to 30 days in certain circumstances. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method and will not be subject to additional refund fees.
