14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you normally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Digital content exception

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as a game key), the right of withdrawal ends once performance has begun, where you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this consent with a checkbox at checkout before any key is revealed.

If you do not give that consent, the key is not delivered and the 14-day right is preserved.

Purchase protection refunds

Independently of the withdrawal right, if a delivered key is invalid, already used, or for the wrong region, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. Open a dispute from your order and we respond within 24 hours.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, or to your Xside wallet if you prefer. Refund timing depends on your payment provider.
